These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Olympus Biologics LLC ("Olympus Biologics," "we," "us"), operator of olympusbiologics.com. By using this website or placing an order you accept these terms in full. Every product we sell is a research material, and every order is accepted on that basis alone.

You must be at least 21 years of age, a qualified researcher, or represent a legitimate research institution to use or make purchases from this website. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements and that you are not prohibited from purchasing research materials under any applicable local, state, federal, or international law.

By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing for laboratory research purposes — on behalf of a laboratory or research institution, or for your own in-vitro research — and that the products will be handled by persons qualified to work with research materials. We accept every order in reliance on this representation.

All products sold by Olympus Biologics are strictly for research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use of any kind. By purchasing, the buyer agrees NOT to:

• Use products for human or animal consumption;
• Use products for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes;
• Resell products for non-research purposes;
• Misrepresent the intended use of any product; or
• Use products in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms. Payment is required at the time of purchase and is processed by our third-party payment processor. Transactions are final once payment is verified.

We ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping times provided are estimates and are not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. Refunds or replacements are granted at our sole discretion for damaged or defective products or unfulfilled orders. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product information, is the property of Olympus Biologics LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No reproduction, distribution, or derivative works are permitted without prior written permission.

All products and the website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Olympus Biologics expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
